Thank you for shopping with CHAOS SPIKING. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During limited edition drops and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended — we will communicate any delays.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country. CHAOS SPIKING is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Limited Edition Orders

Due to the nature of our limited run collections, we are unable to hold or reserve items. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
