By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Limited Edition Releases

CHAOS SPIKING produces limited run collections. Once a limited edition item sells out, it will not be restocked. All sales of limited edition items are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, designs, and content on this site are the exclusive property of CHAOS SPIKING and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

CHAOS SPIKING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
